And it's posted on the Nirvana Space page, this footage filmed by ESPN Yoga Argentina, at Nirvana Space itself, for at least 10 months, in October 2013. And there I am, practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga! The matter took time to leave, but it came out of the oven.

But it's amazing what 10 months teach us. It is amazing to see how I have been modifying myself, not only in terms of practice, but the understanding of practice - meaningful understanding and not just thought, analyzed. A deepening, an understanding, an unblocking occurs. There is no way, to understand a practice, you have to give yourself to it, to experience - not for 1, 2 months ... nor 1, 2 years ... but a life. Theory just keeps us in the mind just. When practicing yoga, we are there unlocking our subtle, energetic channels, purifying, reorganizing this house, this temple of ours. If you want to reap the benefits, stop talking, stop blablabla and practice! I feel blessed every day when I join my feet, I connect my breathing, I bring my senses a little further in, I watch myself and start my practice - allowing her to teach me every moment. Every day, one day. Every breath, a breath.
