Tips before the Practice

Before beginning the practice, keep in mind some tips that I leave here.

* Women should respect their cycles, and rest instead of straining on the days of menstruation - the first 3 days. If you come to practice, do not perform inversion postures.

* If you eat at least 3 hours in advance. Wanting to eat something before the practice, let it be light - so that all the energy that is worked for the purification of the body - more dense and more subtle, is not harmed having to be directed to the digestion of the food.

* Arrive a few minutes in advance allowing a calm, self-observing before practice.

* Light and comfortable clothes are welcome. There is no need for you to be in 'fashion' with designer clothes. Feel free, the important thing is your presence, your connection with breathing, with practice, with you.

* A yoga mat is not mandatory yet delimits your practice area, and helps keep your delimited space clean, your way, and a little softer.

* All practice is done with attention, but without tension. Connect and reconnect yourself through this beautiful sew between breath and movement, to posture, and continuously.

* Remember: all in good time. Practice is your greatest ally, as well as perseverance and calm. The important thing is the journey, not the destiny itself.

BREATH.  MOVEMENT. FOCUS. STABILITY. FLOW. STRENGTH. RESISTENCE. BALANCE. FLEXIBILITY. MEDITATION. UNION.
